⚾️ WHAT A WAY TO KICK OFF SEASON 🔟! ⚾️

SDA took the field at the Hartford Yard Goats game for not one, but 2 special performances — pregame AND right before the fireworks! 🎆 Thank you to the Hartford Yard Goats for continuing to invite SDA back year after year! We absolutely love performing at Dunkin’ Park and creating these unforgettable experiences and memories with our dancers and SDA families! 💜

From 5 years old to adults, our dancers learned and prepared these performances in just 3 quick rehearsals, and we could not be more proud of how they represented SDA! 🌟

The game was SOLD OUT, but we’re pretty sure the 100+ SDA family members, friends, and supporters made up the loudest and most supportive section in the stadium! The energy and love from our SDA family was incredible!

A few extra special shoutouts:
💜 Three of our graduating seniors who took the field with us!
💜 All of the siblings who got to perform together!
💜 Our mother-daughter duos who shared the field together!
💜 Our SDA body flags, Mallory, G & Elle, for making our performances stand out even more!
💜 Our youngest dancers who stayed up and brought the energy all the way through our 9:45 PM performance!
💜 Our incredible adult dancers and SDA teachers who performed— your dedication, energy, and love for SDA made last night even more special!
💜 And to everyone who came out to cheer us on and support SDA — we felt the love from the stands!

These are the moments that make SDA so special — different ages and generations of dancers coming together, supporting one another, making memories, and sharing their love of dance. 💜

We can’t believe summer is already over!

We wrapped up an incredible summer at SDA with Acro Camp and our End of Summer Care! From fun themed days and creative crafts to outside play, games, dancing, and LOTS of acro, there was never a dull moment!

We are SO proud of how hard our dancers worked each and every day. Watching them challenge themselves, strengthen their skills, and celebrate learning NEW skills was the perfect way to end the summer! 🤸🏼‍♀️

But you know what back-to-school means… BACK TO DANCE!🎒➡️🩰

✨👑💎 Princess Camp and Rhinestone Camp were filled with so much magic and sparkle last week! From meeting a new princess each day to getting creative and rhinestoning clothing, hair accessories, and more, our dancers had a week filled with dancing, creativity, laughter, sparkle, and so many memories! 💜✨

A HUGE thank you to Wishes Character Company, Miss Johannah, Miss Qusie, and Maddie for helping us create another unforgettable experience at SDA! We love making our camps more than just dance—we want our dancers to make memories, try new things, build friendships, and have the BEST time while they're here! 🌟
