Qualifying for the FBLA National Leadership Conference (NLC) is one of the highest honors available to high school business students. Students must first compete and place among the top performers at the state level to earn a spot at nationals. This achievement reflects exceptional academic ability, leadership, and dedication. The conference brings together the nation's best student leaders and competitors from across the country. Participants compete in rigorous business, finance, marketing, technology, and leadership events. They also attend workshops and presentations led by industry professionals and business leaders. These experiences help students develop valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professionalism. Attending NLC provides students with networking opportunities and exposure to future career paths. Most importantly, it allows them to represent their school, community, and state on a national stage while preparing to become the next generation of business leaders.
