The Edge Fitness Clubs is psyched to host a HYROX PFT in our Orange, CT location Saturday, June 13th from 12-2pm! This event is FREE, non-members welcome! If you're not familiar with the test, HYROX is where endurance meets strength. 💥 Each race combines 8 x 1km runs with 8 functional workout stations, creating the ultimate test of fitness. From sled pushes and rowing to burpees and wall balls, every station challenges your body in a new way.
