Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001 a day that forever changed our nation.

We pause to remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, the courageous first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away, and the many survivors, families, service members, and communities who continue to carry the weight of that day.

September 11 is not only a day of remembrance it is also a National Day of Service. One of the greatest ways we can honor those we lost is by serving others with kindness, compassion, and unity.

Perform an act of kindness. Help a neighbor. Thank a first responder. Support a veteran. Give your time to someone in need. No act of service is too small when it comes from the heart.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember. We still honor. And through service above self, we ensure that their legacy lives on.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

For the first time in over a decade, we kept our doors open for Labor Day weekend Saturday classes and honestly, we weren’t sure what to expect.

Our students answered that question quickly: the classes were full!

Seventeen advanced students came together for 3½ hours of Black Belt and CDB training taught by Grandmaster Valentin. Their energy, commitment, and willingness to keep learning were incredible. Meanwhile, 21 Gups were on the other side of the school taking their regular classes.

No holiday excuses, just hard work, great attitudes, and students leveling up!

37 students strong! 💪🥋
