Parents, we still need help filling our concession stand spots for varsity football games as well as a few other sporting events. We are asking each family to please sign up for 2 spots on the concession list.

I know we are all busy and have a lot going on, but this is something that takes everyone doing their part. If every family grabs 2 spots, we can get everything covered without it falling on the same few people.

Please take a minute and get signed up. Your help and support of our program is greatly appreciated.

Parents,

Just a reminder that Open House is this evening. I will allow athletes to leave practice early as needed so families have plenty of time to attend.

Practice today will be at the HS practice field from 4–6 PM. Athletes need to bring cleats and athletic clothes.

JBMS FOOTBALL UPDATE

Equipment Handout:
Wednesday, August 12th
7:00–8:00 PM
High School Men’s Locker Room

IMPORTANT: Each player will need:

* 7-pad football girdle
* Football cleats

Please make sure your athlete has both before mandatory practice begins.

There will be NO PRACTICE this coming week. Use the time to stay active, get some running in, and make sure you are staying hydrated.

MANDATORY PRACTICE:
Begins Monday, August 17th
4:00–6:00 PM
HS Practice Field

Once mandatory practice starts, we need everyone there and ready to work.

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING:
Wednesday, August 19th
Immediately after practice
Middle School parking lot

At least one parent/guardian for each player needs to attend. We will go over important information for the upcoming season and answer any questions.

Middle School Football Registration is still open
We're excited to get this season started, but we need everyone who wants to play to get registered as soon as possible.
We're looking for all athletes, regardless of experience or skill level. If you've never played football before, don't let that stop you. Our job as coaches is to teach the game. All we ask is that you come ready to work hard, compete, and be a great teammate.
If you've been thinking about playing, now is the time. Help us build something special this season.
