Valor Combat Academy We offer programs in multiple self-defense disciplines… Including Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, and firearms training.

We also offer cardio fitness classes for those just looking to get in and stay in shape We provide professional martial arts and self defense instruction for ages 4 and up.

Had a great time training self defense with the Physicians Assistance program at Thiel College today. We covered multiple aspects of self-defense as well as specifically worked on training them on how to defend themselves in ways that are safe for them, but will not harm potential patients in the future.

Our Krav schedule continues to expand! Here’s this week’s class line up:

Tuesday:
- 6:45 Krav
- 7:30 Advanced Krav

Wednesday:
- 7:15 Krav (NEW CLASS‼️)

Thursday:
- 7:15 Krav

If you have sparring gear, please start bringing it to Advanced Krav.

There’s plenty of opportunity to train. Let’s see some more new belts at next testing!

Also, you should come practice with us because you never know when you may need a random 15 move combo 🤪

Huge thank you to all the ladies who attended our Women’s Only Self Defense seminar last night! Great to see such a good turnout!

We hope you walked away with a few valuable skills, maybe a new friend or two, but most importantly feeling empowered to defend yourself should you ever need to.

Thank you to The Grove Jiu Jitsu for co-hosting, and to all of our volunteer instructors for assisting. Special thanks to Abigail Robinson for her leadership in organizing the event!
