Happy Wednesday!!!
This is your Wednesday wakeup call
you’ve got what it takes to tackle
anything life throws at you today.
I’ve got so much going on right now,
graduate school finals, home remodel,
and new online fitness classes to teach.
These are all happy things that I get to do.
However, happy experiences bring stress
with them too.
How do I cope?
1. Write it down, list what you need to
accomplish.
2. Break each task into manageable parts
and use the Pomodoro technique to
focus, 25 minutes of disruption-free
work with a 5–10-minute break.
3. During these breaks, focus on self-
care.
4. Ensure you are getting adequate
nutrition and hydration, don’t skip
a meal to check one more thing off
your list. Food helps your body run
and your brain function,
so, fuel it.
5. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Is
there something on your list that a
friend or family member could help
with? You don’t have to do it all by
yourself.
6. Celebrate your little victories during
the day, have a dance party or play
your favorite song after you
accomplish a difficult task.
7. Finally, get outside, take off your
shoes, enjoy the fresh air and
appreciate the world around you.
Dust off your shoulders,
tighten your ponytail
and
GO GET IT!
