Beginner Pilates will introduce you to the equipment, the movement principles and fundamental Pilates exercises in a safe and supportive setting. We’ll break down foundational level exercises, introduce you to the importance of breath to power movement, build mind / body connection and help you begin to move with confidence. In this space you’ll have the opportunity for extra hands on support, learning appropriate modifications and breaking down the approach to each exercise in an intentional way.

(pronounced Anne-is)

Another exciting addition to our Apprentice program, Annice has been teaching Pilates for several months and already has a wonderful energetic presence and air of command in the studio.

Annice’s studio schedule:

Monday’s
11:30a & 12:30p Private training*

Wednesday’s
4:30p Senior Pilates (✨new class✨)
5:30 Beginner Pilates (✨new class✨)
6:30p Private

Thursday’s
9a Intermediate group class
10a Essentials group class

Weekends
on rotation

Sam joined us in March and is our newest apprentice instructor (teacher in training) 😀 Find her in the studio Tuesday morning’s and rotational weekend morning’s!

✨Fun fact: All of our apprentices offer private training at reduced rates! So you get hands on support while supporting teachers in training AND saving $35+ per session!
