The 24 in 24 is such an incredible organization! Congratulations to Every Challenger who completed this challenge, who fundraiser their hearts out, and who made a difference in the lives of these Wish Kiddos and Their Families. Rooted & Rising Pilates was thankful to be part of this event, even in a tiny way...

Until Next Year, when we break another Record!!

24 in 24 history was made this year. 👏

Every year, we’re reminded that this community is capable of incredible things. And 2026 was no exception.

Our 12th Annual event raised a record-breaking $615,000 for children battling life-threatening illnesses in Northeast Ohio, bringing The 24 in 24’s total raised since 2015 to an incredible $3.8 MILLION.

But this year was about so much more than a number...it was about rallying around our own, creating a united front toward a common goal with a shared heart.

There was an overwhelming sense of camaraderie that could be felt ALL weekend long. And for the first time EVER, we watched two Wish Kiddos choose to pay it forward and take on The 24 with the hope that they too, can help grant another kid's wish.

We say that a lot can happen in 24 hours, and this year was no different. A rollercoaster ride of emotions - intense highs, big feelings and everything in between.

Can we take away their pain?
We wish.
Can we grant their big wish?
Yes, we can.

And so, we run. 🩷🩵

✨ 100 CLASSES FOR ROSE! ✨

Some people join your studio… and some people become part of the story before the studio even exists 🤍

Rose has been with R|R since the VERY beginning, and when I say the beginning, I mean the EARLY stages. The dreaming. The planning. The “what if?” moments. The days when I was working in another state and Rooted & Rising was still just an idea taking shape in my heart.

Rose was there.

Checking in on me. Sending me texts weekly. Encouraging me. Believing in me. Reminding me that this dream was worth chasing, even when it felt scary and uncertain. She believed in R|R before there was a studio, a schedule, or even a single reformer to be found... and now she has reached 100 Classes!!

And let’s talk about Rose during those 100 classes...

Rose has somehow mastered the art of finding her “happy place” while being absolutely TORTURED during a workout. She will be shaking, sweating, questioning every life decision that brought her into class… and somehow still execute every single move with that beautiful smile on her face.

She pushes through. She digs deep. She survives. And then she comes back and does it all over again.

Beyond being one of my most comical members, Rose has become a dear friend, someone I genuinely cannot picture NOT having on this journey with me. She has been woven into the story of R|R in ways she probably doesn't even realize.

The amount of support, encouragement, and love this woman pours into me and into Rooted & Rising daily will never go unappreciated. From those very first texts when this was all just a dream, to every class, every laugh, every “I’m dying but I’m fine” moment, Rose, you have been there.

And for that, I am forever grateful. 🤍

Rose, I am SO proud of you and SO incredibly thankful for you!

Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for believing in R|R. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for making me laugh. Thank you for pushing through the torture and finding your happy place anyway 😂 And most of all, thank you for being YOU.

50 CLASSES + ONE BADASS INSTRUCTOR! ✨

Today we’re celebrating our girl, Olivia, as she hits 50 classes at R|R Pilates! 🤍🌿

Olivia isn’t just a Rockstar in her own practice… she’s also one BADASS instructor on
the R|R Team! 🔥

Every Tuesday morning and Wednesday night, Olivia has our members working, sweating, shaking, and probably questioning why they thought they could sneak out of class without feeling every single muscle! 😂💪🏼

But Olivia has that quiet punch that we absolutely LOVE. She doesn’t need to be the loudest in the room to make an impact. Her perfect form, intentional breath, thoughtful cues, and incredible class plans speak for themselves. She knows how to challenge you, push you, and somehow make you want to come back for more!

Olivia, we are SO incredibly grateful for you, for the dedication you bring to your own practice, the passion you bring to your teaching, and the beautiful energy you bring to our R|R community. You truly knock it out of the park every single time✨

✨ 100 CLASSES FOR Shannon ✨

Shannon has been a Pilates Queen since the very beginning, and today we get to celebrate a pretty incredible milestone, 100 classes at R|R Pilates!🤍

Honestly, I don’t know how she did it this summer. Between rehearsals for not one, but TWO plays, working a full-time job, and loving on her three adorable doggies, Shannon somehow still found the time to show up for herself, and she did it again and again and again.

But that’s Shannon.

She doesn’t just show up to class, she shows OUT!

Her form is impeccable.
Her breath work is on point.
Her focus is beautiful.
And her attitude? Absolutely stellar.

But beyond all of that, Shannon brings her whole self into this space. She works hard, she laughs, she challenges herself, and she reminds us that there is so much joy to be found in simply showing up and moving our bodies.

Shannon, we are so incredibly grateful for you. 🤍

Grateful that you chose R|R.
Grateful that you continue to choose yourself.
Grateful for your energy, your dedication, your laughter, and the beautiful presence you bring into this little community we love so much.

100 classes is an incredible accomplishment, but getting to watch you become stronger, and even more rooted in yourself along the way has been the real gift.

50 CLASSES FOR LYNETTE ✨

There is something really special about watching someone find their place at R|R. 🤍

Lynette started by simply showing up. Early mornings. 5:30 AM. 6:00 AM. Quietly choosing herself, putting in the work, pushing through the workouts, and taking the time to really focus on her form.

And 50 classes later and look at her now.

Strong. Dedicated. Confident. And always ready to ROCK.

Lynette has become such a special part of our R|R community. She keeps us laughing with her perfectly timed comments, her adorable giggle, and asking about Detention Pilates (IYKYK).

Then there are the memes after a particularly brutal class. The messages when life gets busy and she misses the Studio. The little reminders that even when she can't make it through those doors, she is still thinking about this place and the people inside it.

And THAT is what makes this milestone so special.

Because somewhere between those early morning classes, the shaking muscles, the perfectly executed moves, the laughs, and the occasional “WHY DID I SIGN UP FOR THIS?” and the, "but you sound so nice!", moments Lynette found more than Pilates.

She found her people.

A community.
A group of friends.
A place that she genuinely misses when she can't be here.

Lynette, we absolutely adore you🤍

Thank you for showing up for yourself, for challenging yourself, for making us laugh, and for becoming such an important part of the R|R family.

50 classes strong. And we have a feeling there are A LOT more to come✨
