Soling 1 Meters had a fantastic evening of sailing. Warm gentle breezes, yet shifty winds made for some challenging racing with 8 competitors. We almost got in before the rain. However, a little rain never hurt anyone. Fun all the same. Thank you Cindy for the super videos.

Last nights race was canceled. However we will have an impromptu race this Friday June 19th Skippers meeting at 5pm in the MMYC club house. 1start at 6pm off the NE corner of the break wall. All sailboats welcome to join us.
Series 1will continue until we complete 6 races before beginning series 2.

Soling 1Meter Group took a gamble on the rain which stopped just after 4 pm long enough to get 11 races in unpredictable wind swirling within the small Menekaunee Harbor. Kudos to those who were able to come out and race.

Our Wednesday night race was canceled due to severe weather as a shelf cloud loomed over the yacht club just before the 5pm skippers meeting. Thank you Eagle ### for sponsoring our taco dinner. That saved the evening along with great camaraderie .

Soling 1 Meters had the perfect evening for our Tuesday evening regatta. Mild temperatures, moderate to light winds, and great company.
