Local Championship Jiu Jitsu and USA Boxing for kids and adults!

As we head into the summer and you’re searching for summer activities for your kids, think about a sport that builds confidence, provides them with self defense skills they can use, and a sport that builds a coachable kids as they go into other sports and activities later in life.

For adults, you can build skills in combat arts while getting a great workout! It can often be life changing for many!

Jeff Tardiff is the head instructor at Areté Martial Arts Academy. He is a Brazilian jiu jitsu/jiu jitsu black belt instructor providing proven world class technique and training. He is a ranked master of Kung Fu San Soo and certified USA Boxing coach, former wrestler and a veteran of the USAF special operations TACP Airborne unit.
Jeff is a multiple time IBJJF gold medalist. Many of our adult competitors have won multiple IBJJF competitions, and in 2021 our kids team won a Midwest championship over 51 teams, 3rd in 2020 and 2022.

He currently has a masters degree in Health and exercise sciences and is currently working on his PhD of Health Sciences: exercise and sport while focusing on muscular/neuromuscular rehabilitation, function/adaptation, and performance.

We teach Brazilian jiu jitsu, Kung fu, boxing/kickboxing, MMA and realistic self defense with actual application.

Fun and supportive learning environment!

Kids memberships are $50/mo and include a free workout pass for parents during class time.
Adult membership is $75/mo and includes all martial arts classes along with a 24/7 access gym membership.
