Another quick update. The waitress station and dining room are complete.

Kitchen is undergoing a deep clean and new stove/oven will be installed later this week.

Bar area - we are waiting on the last couple pieces for the new bar trim. And the counter top is scheduled to be installed Jan 31st.

🏌️ Exciting Updates from 5x80 Golf and Country Club!

On behalf of the Board, I'm thrilled to share some significant developments in our journey. First, our construction is making excellent progress, with completion expected by the end of next week. The transformation of our course is almost complete, and we can't wait to show you the results.

We appreciate the interest in the general manager position, in total we had 17 applicants. I'm thrilled to announce the appointment of our new General Manager, Codi Ayers. Codi will be leading our team as we enter this exciting new chapter at 5x80. She'll begin building her team soon – keep an eye on our social media and newsletter for upcoming job opportunities and position announcements.

We'll also be sharing details about the restaurant reopening very soon. There are many great things happening at 5x80, and we're committed to keeping you informed through our social media channels and newsletter.

We look forward to welcoming you all back to experience the newly remodeled spaces at 5x80. Hope to see everyone soon!

Remodel is coming along nicely … we’re still on track.

The new bar should be installed this week along with new trim.

We will be working on a brand new menu and excited to have you all join us soon!!!

Here’s an update for everyone! Some great progress happening here!!

We took out a wall to open up the bar area to add additional seating.

The north wall was taken down to the studs where we found multiple areas rotting and zero insulation. Those areas were addressed and put back together.

Now for some fresh paint and other finishing touches we will be back in business before you know it! 👏🏼

Thank you to everyone who came out last night to our Annual Meeting. We had a great turnout. We appreciate all of the questions, comments and feedback.

A few takeaways -

We will be closed from now until Feb 1.

This will allow us time to clean, reset, rebrand and hire a new manager.

After we reopen we will have Winter hours - Open Thursday - Saturday nights.
