This was such a fun conversation Dr Tom we started talking about his book "Making Nice with Naughty: An Intimacy Guide for the Rule-Following, Organized, Perfectionist, Practical, and Color-Within-The-Line Types". If this is you I highly suggest you check it out. He gave practical tools for improving s*xual experiences and breaking free from perfectionism and rigid routines are shared. Finally, they advocate for better education around realistic s*xual expectations and p**n literacy.
