Crossfit Incredible Are you ready to change your life? CrossFit morning classes start at 6:00 am and 7:00am. We also have a 12:00pm noon class. during the week.

CrossFit evening classes start at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm during the week. Olympic lifting clinic is on Fridays at 4:00 pm. Weightlifting is daily from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Saturday CrossFit is at 10:00 am with open training 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Sunday we have yoga at 10:am and open training from noon till 2 :00 pm. You are encouraged and welcome to come early or stay late to warm up, stretch, or work on any skills needed.

We are excited to announce the newest addition to our Incredible Fam, COACH CASSIE 💪🏻

Cassie originally comes from Los Angeles, but has recently picked up a new career as a firefighter up in the Bay Area and is now putting down roots. She’ll be coaching on her off days, plugging into the community. She has been coaching CrossFit since 2017. She’s been a director of 2 YMCA’s in LA County. She went to UCLA and was a Division I Rower. She’s addicted to traveling and has seen 47 countries. She loves riding motorcycles, surfing, snowboarding, and drawing. She brings an electric energy ⚡️and keen coach’s eye for movement that will make your class experience fun and fulfilling💯💯💯
