Small group training is where the details get built.
The goal isn’t to overload players with information. It’s to introduce one detail at a time, help them understand it, and give them opportunities to apply it in game situations.
The important part: development is never “learn it once and move on.” The best players constantly revisit the fundamentals, refine the small details, and adjust them as their game evolves.
Every session is another chance to sharpen technique, improve decision-making, and turn small improvements into big results over time.
The details matter. Keep refining them.
