Client of the Month This lady Roxanna Gentry LeVan has been training with me since the opening of my training studio in Troutman in the early summer of 2025.
Her strength has increased significantly and she’s never afraid to tell me to “add more weight”.
Leg day remains her favorite training day, but I still bribe her into training upper & lower each week.
Roxanna is a committed one who never misses a week of training & is also a big supporter of my Bootcamps!

Client of the Month!
This beautiful client/friend of mine, Shawntae, has trained with me since I opened my training studio here in Troutman, in 2025. She came to me wanting toning and muscle definition and it’s definitely paid off (especially those leg days)!!
Because who wouldn’t want to hear your spouse compliment your butt? 😉

Shawntae and I also have something in common as we are both firm believers in the wellness industry. Shawntae runs the HaloSauna, in Statesville, which utilizes the natural healing of salt therapy to help detoxify the body, improve respiratory function and provide overall well being.

I cried, I yelled, I laughed and I smiled as big as I ever have!!

My lady Tracy, Team Fine Assets, earned not one, but TWO pro cards in Pro Figure and Pro Figure Masters (and best posing award) at the OCB Desert Valley Showdown in Arizona this past weekend!!!

I know many of my friends & family know this beautiful woman & know her journey that’s been full of blood, sweat & tears!!!

Tracy lost her father, her biggest fan in 2014. Then her youngest son battled cancer and was declared ‘cancer free’ at the age of 6. Horribly, her husband was tragically killed in 2024.

Tracy has never given up and instead she’s fought harder than anyone I know!

Tracy started with Team Fine Assets
in 2014, competing in the NPC Bodybuilding organization. She has taken time off from the stage at various times, but the fire has always stayed in her soul to compete.
In 2024, Tracy made the switch to OCB Natural and on her 3rd competition she has gone Pro!!

Let’s all give her a well deserved Congratulations & keep your eyes on what she has planned next!
