You need the whole picture to understand where the weight is coming from, which is why measuring BODY COMPOSITION and not just weight is essential.
⭐️If you’re working out and gained 2 pounds, it could be from muscle, which is the weight you want to gain! Even if your goal is to lose body fat, having more muscle INCREASES YOUR METABOLISM, so you’ll burn more calories by doing so.
