We showed up last minute to check out Galesburg Motorcycle Club for the 1st time and we got surprised with an actual mud race for the 1st time grass start and all 😅 Only 1 moto for each class due to the conditions and all the rain

Safe to say cam and me have got work to do in the mud. I had my hand full washing the pounds of mud off the bike in between practice and motos. We took notes and learned for next time.. ( pics of the bike are after a wash before leaving the track )

Track layout was sweet but cam just couldn't ride like he normally does in these conditions....I told him this is what separates riders and skill and we WILL get to that level just gotta keep grinding kid! 💪🏾

If last night proved anything to cam it was that he has the speed to be up front...main event for supermini he was running 3rd out the gate against some heavy competition chasing down that 2nd position....kid in 4th wanted it just as bad as cam did so it was a good battle. Tipped it over in the inside before the finish line with 2 laps to go and all momentum was lost.

His Leg was stuck under the bike for a few seconds before he managed to get up n get going to grab 5th. Pulling off the track Cam was super hard on himself (a little emotional) as he knows that was HUGE to be up front with those big names. I don't think he realizes yet fully but he is fast! Damn proud!...Had to remind him why we are doing this and how far he has come in such a SHORT time....kid wants it and has it in him just gotta keep digging because we ain't done yet! 💪🏾
