This is just a glimpse of our Niagara Pilates Retreat from last week! It was so much more than just Pilates. Where do I even start… Pilates is just the link in bringing all these amazing 25 individuals together. But it’s so much more than just fitness… 1️⃣. The importance of your mind/body health… not only the external strengths you gain but the practice of being present in the meditative quality of your movements… 2️⃣. The POP Family we have is incredible!… we reconnect with old Pilates friends and make new ones too… the experiences throughout classes together ties us closer (or maybe just a hiking adventure we won’t soon forget! 😂) Sometimes it’s as simple as remembering how great it feels to accomplish a difficult exercise or class, and applying that to your everyday life. I am grateful to be your Pilates instructor and your friend ❤️

This year we are headed to Canada to the gorgeous Niagara Region. 🍇 As always, we will have lots of Pilates based classes, some time to appreciate our natural surroundings, and incorporate something unique to the Niagara Region, (anyone interested in a winery tour, local waterfall or Maid of the Mist?!) ⛴️ And the best part is spending time and creating unforgettable memories with our amazing Pilates Family! 💕 message me if you want more info and/or pricing.
