In Town Next Step Sports Academy (NSSA) INFO: 🏑 WEEK 6: Advanced Fit-Tech Field Hockey Clinic (Grades 6–9)
Dates: July 28 – July 31 (Monday–Thursday)
Location: Miscoe Hill Middle School – Mendon
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Half-Day Program)
Coach: Rachel Robbins - Nipmuc Varsity Head Coach: Rachel Robins
Cost: $120/week or $35/day
Overview:
This clinic is designed for experienced players entering Grades 6–9 who are looking to build game fitness, tactical awareness, and technical ability. Sessions include:
Advanced stick skills and positional drills
Small-sided game play and strategy
Speed, agility, and conditioning
Perfect for athletes preparing for middle school or JV/varsity tryouts.
🏑 WEEK 8: Youth Full-Day Field Hockey Clinic (Grades K–6)
Dates: August 11 – 14 (Monday–Thursday)
Location: Nipmuc Regional High School – Upton
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Coach: Nipmuc Varsity Head Coach: Rachel Robins
(Free early drop-off from 8:00 AM and late pick-up until 3:00 PM included)
Cost: $170/week or $45/day
Overview:
This week is geared specifically for younger athletes (Grades K–6) who are new to the sport or looking to continue learning in a fun and active environment. Daily sessions include:
Stick handling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
Movement-based warmups and structured play
Group challenges and end-of-day scrimmages
No experience required — just bring a water bottle, sneakers or cleats, and a great attitude!
