Hey everyone, I’m Steve — proud owner of this Volkswagen Beetle, the car that looks like it’s smiling even when I’m not. Yep, this is my little round bundle of joy. It’s cute, it’s classic, and it’s the only thing in my life that doesn’t raise my blood pressure.

I absolutely love talking cars — engines, builds, questionable modifications people swear are “tasteful,” all of it. If it rolls, revs, or rattles in a concerning way, I’m your guy.

But sports? Oh boy. Let me warn you right now: I am a die‑hard sports fan. And by “die‑hard,” I mean I’ve aged 12 years from bad calls alone. If you bring up sports, you’re basically pressing the big red button that says “activate emotional damage.”

You’ll get:

A full breakdown of the last game

A rant about a ref who “needs glasses”

A conspiracy theory involving a coach, a mascot, and probably the Illuminati

And at least one dramatic reenactment of a play that still haunts my dreams

So for your own safety — and my blood pressure — stick to Beetle talk unless you’re ready for a TED Talk nobody asked for.

But seriously, come say hi. I only yell at the TV, not people… unless they say my team “played fine.”

Hello! Quick intro from the faces behind Fox Cities Cars & Coffee. I’m Joe — Wisconsin raised with California roots, which basically means I say “ope” but still cheer for teams that play where palm trees exist. Please don’t hold that against me.

I’ve been in the Fox Cities for about four years now and absolutely love this car community. When I’m not at a meet, you’ll probably catch me cruising my T‑Bucket — aka a golf cart on steroids — down some backroad, letting the wind blow through my hair like I’m in a low‑budget action movie.

And seriously… if you see me around, don’t hesitate to stop me for a quick hello. I promise I’m friendly, even if my teams aren’t from here.
