XLR8 Sports Training is a science based training solution that delivers real on the field results for athletes looking to improve their athleticism.

From spring speed, acceleration, agility, foot speed, vertical jump, strength, endurance, recovery, or getting back into the game after injury or time off, we can design a personal program to help you achieve your goals. Training sessions are approximately one hour long and one to three days per week based on an athlete's availability. Our programs focus on the individual's needs and goals. Over t

he last 20 years, our staff has trained individuals that competed at the recreational, youth, high school, collegiate, masters, professional, and Olympic levels.

Congrats to all the athletes that qualified for the state track meet!

I love going to the state meet each year because we can see XLR8 athletes compete throughout the whole weekend.

There are 41 athletes competing this weekend that have trained with us at XLR8 Sports Training, LLC!

Great day for track sectionals. First stop was Hilbert for the D 3 sectionals and then Chilton for the D 2 Sectionals.

From the Chilton meet, there are 14 XLR8 athletes moving on.

Now time to check the rest of the Sectionals from around the state to see how many XLR8 athletes are moving onto the State Meet.

What a great weekend for Wisconsin All-Stars Baseball practices to begin to get ready for their tournament in Cooperstown.

Lucas is excited to be practicing with them this year. While watching practice, I looked at the rosters they have had since 1998. I started training athletes in 2000 and have worked with over 40 athletes that have played for this team.
