Hosted by Noteworthy Resources’ ADHD Awareness Coalition featuring:

🧡Dr. Eliza Barach is a cognitive psychologist, ADHD coach, and mom with ADHD — so she knows firsthand what it means to carry the invisible load. As the founder of Neural Revolution, she’s spent her career helping adults with ADHD understand and work with their unique brain chemistry to get s**t done. For this webinar, she’s bringing something close to her heart: findings from her recent survey of ADHD moms — an exploration of the challenges they face and the very real strengths that often go unrecognized.

🧡Kori C. is an identity and empowerment coach for neurodivergent women navigating ADHD, motherhood, and the invisible load of midlife. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD mom, she combines lived experience with trauma-informed support to help women rebuild self-trust and make grounded, sovereign decisions in their lives and relationships.

🧡Facilitated by Tatiana Benack, ADHD mom & first-generation Albanian-American

I just released the first episode of the podcast—and this is the core of everything I’m going to be talking about moving forward.

👉 You’re not confused—you’re overriding yourself.

If you’ve ever:
– felt like something was off but stayed anyway
– questioned your instincts after the fact
– or gone back and forth on a decision you already knew you needed to make

this episode will probably hit.

It’s not about getting more clarity.

It’s about understanding why you stop trusting yourself in the moment—and how that pattern actually forms.

I break all of that down here 👇

You’re not confused—you’re overriding yourself.

I just relaunched my podcast and recorded a new trailer—and this is the direction everything is moving in now.

If you’ve been second-guessing yourself, feeling like something is off but not acting on it, or going back and forth on decisions you already know…

this is exactly what I’m talking about.

Not more advice—actual pattern recognition and real change.

I’m okay.”
“I’m fine.”
“I’m safe.”

You say it so easily.
So convincingly.

Even when you know it’s not true.

And that moment right there—

the one where you override what you actually feel

to keep things steady, manageable, or easier to explain—
that’s where self-trust starts to break.

Not all at once.
But over time.

Because the more you ignore what you know is real…

the harder it becomes to trust yourself when it actually matters.

So I want to ask you—

how many times do you tell yourself you’re okay
before you finally admit that you’re not?

Because that moment—
when you stop overriding yourself—
is where self-trust starts coming back.

You don’t have to answer here—but notice what comes up.

If you’re ready to actually rebuild that,
