Announcement: Saturday, May 16 will be our opening day to the public.

We will be open to the public on the first and third Saturdays of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until close of the season.

At the beginning of the season we will also be open to the public on Tuesdays. The hours will be 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Then, in late June (date to be announced) we will switch from Tuesdays to Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Hope to see all of you at the range this season!

The range will be closed Saturday September 20th for the annual horse ride.

There are still several books of raffle tickets available. This is the only fund raiser that the range does and it is very important we sell all the tickets. Please call me at 218-213-5448 if you would like to purchase a raffle ticket.

The team shoot ends October 4th.

All three of our schools that shoot at Huntersville Sportsmen's Park were proudly represented at the State Shoot again this year!

🎉 Congratulations to the Park Rapids Clay Dusters — they took home the Team State Championship, placing 1st with an impressive score of 486! Special shoutout to individual competitors:

Hunter Bozovsky — scored 99 and placed 8th

Avery Kapaun — scored 94 and placed 53rd

👏 The Sebeka Trap Team earned a solid 15th place finish.

🔥 Representing the Menahga Bird Busters, Fordyce Johnson shot a 99 and earned an outstanding 5th place finish individually!

Huge congratulations to all our shooters and teams — way to represent and make Huntersville Sportsmen's Park proud! Be sure to congratulate these athletes when you see them.

The Park Rapids Clay Dusters Invitational Dust Off is well underway; good luck to all the athletes participating today.

This Saturday June 7th , the Park Rapids Clay Dusters will be hosting an invitational shoot. There will be 139 shooters from seven schools. The range is closed to the public this Saturday. Shooting will start at 10:00 am.

We will be back open April 12th to start out the year of breaking clays. For our yearly memberships purchased by May 17th we are offering a flat of shells (10 boxes) for $100. Our normal price would be $140. Big thanks to the Menahga Bird Busters for coming out to help with getting the range set up and ready for the high school teams to start shooting!

Thats a wrap, thanks everyone for another great year of breaking clays and participating in shooting sports. The range is closed for the year and will open again on March 15,2025, or when the weather allows.
Congratulations to Wyatt Koskela for High Gun Male in our Team Shoot and to Leah Clark for High Gun Female.
November meeting Is November 19, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Range, You are welcome to attend.
Our annual members meeting and election of board members will be December 10, 2024. We will have three board openings, if you would like to be part of the day to day management of the range please contact me or one of the current board members.
The Range cleanup day was November 2nd. Scoring chairs were put under cover, targets were removed from the machines and the trap machines were blown clean and a spray to prevent rust applied. The houses were swept out. Benches, trash barrels, shell magnets, shell buckets and rubber gun rests were all picked up and stored.
The rimfire range is usable and very close to completion. We had several field days for fi****ms safety classes and are looking to expand these next year.
A big thank the businesses and individuals who have signed up for our advertising signs along with all of our members, you all make it possible to help support the 2nd amendment by participating locally and greatly help support the surrounding high school trap teams!!!
