🚨 FREE JIU-JITSU OPEN MAT THIS SATURDAY! 🚨

Come train with the Ouachita Combat and Fitness Academy family! We are hosting a FREE Open Mat this Saturday, April 25th, starting at 10:00 AM.

This event is completely FREE and open to everyone—members and non-members alike. All levels are welcome, and we encourage both Gi and No-Gi practitioners to join us on the mats.

It’s a perfect opportunity to get some extra rounds in, meet the team, and experience our community firsthand.

We’re making some adjustments starting in May to ensure our athletes—especially our youth wrestlers—can stay consistent on the mats without missing out on community and church events.

Check out the updated lineup:

🥊 MONDAY: Kickboxing @ 6:00 PM

🥋 TUESDAY: Kids BJJ @ 5:00 PM | Adv/Adult BJJ @ 6:00 PM

🥊 WEDNESDAY: Kickboxing @ 6:00 PM

🥋 THURSDAY: Kids BJJ @ 5:00 PM | Adv/Adult BJJ @ 6:00 PM

🤼 FRIDAY: Wrestling @ 5:00 PM | MMA @ 6:00 PM

Our goal is to build the strongest room possible. By moving Wrestling to Friday, we’re opening the door for everyone to participate.

Looking to get some extra rounds in or sharpen your technique? Ouachita Combat and Fitness Academy is opening up the mats this Saturday morning for everyone in the community!

Whether you’re a seasoned vet or just looking to see what we’re all about, come through and put in that work. This is a community-driven session—no ego, just growth.
