2026 USAG Regionals - Region 3 - Xcel Gold
Galveston, TX 🌊 Our girls traveled to Galveston, this weekend and competed against incredible gymnasts from 7 states!Mckenna placed 2nd on floor and Morgan medaled on all-around. This is this biggest meet these girls have competed and we are so proud of them! Balancing gymnastics with other sports, school, and life isn’t easy, and there were plenty of moments it would’ve been easier to walk away. But they didn’t. They showed up, gave everything they had, and walked away with placements and memories they’ll carry forever. 💪 To our girls — we see your hard work, your heart, and your fight. You make us proud every single day, not just when you’re standing on that podium. Congrats, you are both amazing💕🌟

2026 Arkansas State Championship ❤️💙

These girls competed at State yesterday, medaled on several events, and showed so much determination and resilience! Both of them ended up with rips on their hands during their very first event on bars, which caused some unexpected challenges in their routines. Instead of letting it shake them, they pushed through the rest of the meet with toughness and heart.

That’s what gymnastics is all about, not just the skills, but learning to stay strong, adapt, and keep going when things don’t go as planned. We are so proud of their perseverance, positive attitudes, and the way they represented our gym!

State meet is never easy, and these girls showed what true grit looks like. So proud of you both! ❤️💙👏

💜 ARKANSAS ALL STARS MEET RECAP 💜

Last weekend was a LONG (especially for the coaches 😅) but exciting day in Paragould, AR for our Bronze and Silver teams at the State Meet! These girls showed so much heart, determination, and hard work after so much training and we had NO falls on beam!

But what made us the most proud weren’t just the routines, it was the sportsmanship and kindness we saw all day long. From making new friendships, to encouraging and cheering for their teammates and girls from other teams, these girls truly represented our gym in the best way!

Gymnastics builds more than strong athletes. It builds confidence, character, and lifelong friendships, and we loved seeing that shine through this weekend.

We are so proud of every single gymnast and can’t wait to keep watching them grow on their gymnastics journey!

Our xcel bronze and silver teams competed in Little Rock yesterday at the River City Invitational! They are growing and improving every week and we are so proud of these girls! A special shout out to Lizzy Clark! She won a special award for the highest all-around score of her session ❤️ Their state meet is this Saturday in Paragould!
