I know it’s been a long time but I’m back like I never left.

I believe that a dream can be delayed; never denied. Getting back into the swing of things will be challenging but faith has lead me back to my original goal, inspiring women through fitness.

On my way to work, I had a moment to reflect on my life and realize how far I have come.

Moments of defeat have crossed my path, but i have not given up. I know that my time is coming and my breakthrough is near. Over time you notice the change and growth within yourself before anyone else notices it. Your conversations change, your reaction change, and your mindset change when you have reached a level of peace that can’t be overturned. 🧘‍♀️💫
