Training Days:
Monday • Wednesday • Thursday

All clients also receive access to weekly classes on:
Tuesday 6:30pm • Thursday 6:30pm

This structure allows you to combine strength training, conditioning, and consistency throughout the week — the key to real, lasting results.

60 Day Check-In

She’s now down 17 pounds and 6 inches around her waist, and those results are the outcome of a process that has been consistent for 60 days straight. Every phase of training was intentional. Alongside the workouts, we prioritized recovery, structure, and proper fueling so her body could adapt, utilize fat efficiently, and keep progressing week after week. 100 days til summer, watch the work!

Cardio and strength training each serve a unique purpose in improving overall health and performance. The primary goal of cardiovascular exercise is to strengthen the heart and lungs so the body can deliver oxygen more efficiently, improving cardiovascular health and endurance. Strength training, on the other hand, focuses on increasing the muscles’ ability to produce force against resistance, helping build strength and support functional movement. When you combine both forms of training, the body benefits on multiple levels improving body composition, increasing endurance and stamina, and enhancing overall quality of life through a stronger, more efficient body.
