Come out to the Tuesday Night Track Workout with Paul Sax tonight at 6pm. This is from the field house track at UofM. you can access the track from Zach Curlin Street.
This is every Tuesday year around. It especially great if you want some direction on speed work, and it’s always great to have a group.

We are having some great running weather in the mornings! Which runner are you in these cooler temps? Long sleeves and gloves or singlet year round.

We saw everything from down jackets to people running shirtless at Overton Park Conservancy this morning.
