🚨PROUD Trainer Post🚨 .
My client has been training with me for about 3ish years. We have had ALOT of Up and Down moments through Heathers fitness journey, but tonight she JUMPED the MOST/HIGHEST box she has ever done. She’s also Down 45lbs, break through one of her hardest road blocks! Saying I’m PROUD doesn’t come close to expressing how I feel! Thank you for letting me help you on your fitness journey, and Thank you Darah for being that encouraging friend outside of the gym!

I’m so Thankful for my Mom making a road trip w/ me to support me at my Olympic-lifting meet! .
First Nationals in the books, so Excited to get back to training and get stronger!
My Heart is so Happy having my Family with me. My daughter, little brothers and my brother in-law there cheering me on.
Can’t say THANK YOU enough to my Freaking Amazing coach and friend making the drive with his little boy to be there!

This past weekend I had a Olympic lifting meet to hopefully qualify me for Nationals this year. I needed to hit this Clean&Jerk@110kgs to get the total to make it, but unfortunately I didn’t hit my Jerk. I would be lying of I said “I wasn’t sad” about missing it. I put more into this goal then I have ever put in for anything I have done and for it to not show on game day is beyond devastating, but this failure doesn’t end my goal it just makes me want to work harder for it. I’m so THANKFUL for the people/family that encouraged me through this whole journey!

Ummmm...So sometime lifting doesn’t always go so smoothly🤦🏻‍♀️
Hopefully T D L fit will let me come back and lift at Iron Greenhouse since I didn’t really give them a lot of faith (no pun attended ) in me being safe when I lift😩🤦🏻‍♀️
