Spencer's Total Fitness. Many of us are so passionate, loyal and committed to living a healthier and longer life. There is so much great information to see and be a part of.

Spencer's TEAM30 Total Fitness Group, located in Memphis, Tn is a group of gymmates under the direction of Training Instructor Tyrone Spencer. Tyrone (aka Spencer) offers a variety of consultations in addition to teaching instructional Boot Camp, P90X/Insanity-style classes. Many of us incorporate other classes as well to balance out our fitness regimen such as Zumba, Hip Hop, Spin, Weight-Trainin

g, Water Aerobics etc. Team members have established networking partnerships and work out together which makes us an awesome fitness community. Throughout the year we very active in
participating in giving back to the community for great causes such as Sisters In Motion 5k Race/Walk benefitting Shelby County's fight against infant mortality and Susan B. Komen's 5k Breast Cancer Walk, Back to School Backpack Drive and many other community events, performing at health and fitness events, team social events, etc. Be sure to checkout the "EVENTS" tab for the latest updates on the most current and upcoming event and information.
