These days, I no longer have “upper body” workouts in the broad sense. I instead work complementing muscles to maximize not only my workout, but also allowing more time to actually build those particular muscles.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
For instance, It’s harder to build my biceps when I’m super setting with so many other contradicting muscles. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Back & biceps are both muscles, the biceps are the secondary movement in many back exercises, therefore they are working together and with each exercise I’m indirectly working the other. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Now, I’m in no way saying you CAN’T have broad upper body days or that it’s bad... I’m just sharing my own routine 😊. ⁣⁣

How many deadlifts can you complete in 1:00?

I’m feeling weak af honestly. I only hit 30, barely hit 30 lol at 135lb. I’ll make an excuse for myself tho & say it was at the end of my workout 🥴😂.
