The spirit of our competitive power tumbling team is .. it takes a village.. everyone can win.. compete against yourself.. don't get mad, get better.. if it was easy, everyone would do it

See our littles are in love with gymnastics. When I say in love. Like I'm hurt but I'm not going to say anything because she'll make me sit down in love. NOTE: We are working on this. But they love gymnastics so much that they tumble in school, on the playground, in the checkout line at the store, waiting in line at the bank, at auntie's house, at grandma's house. The rhythm of their skills and their passes vibrates through their little bodies and heart making it impossible for them to not flip.

And I've got to be honest, I wouldn't have it any other way. 🤓

Parents beware, bringing your little to Spirit Technique may increase their desire to flip, roll, tumbling and bounce all over your house. We'll try our best to burn some of that excitement but their love for the sport sometimes is just to great. ❤🤍🖤

Congratulations to Spirit Technique, and our Hot Tamales 🌶 for the hardwork they put in preparation of their first competition. Shout to our parents for getting our littles to practice and competition ready. Shout to the fans that came and supported them. Shoutout to Coach T and Coach Z for giving us a great routine.

Thanks to this village effort I’m so proud to announce that the Hot Tamales placed 1st and earned a paid bid to the ONE Global Finals.

Help keep the kids warm this winter by donating a coat to Memphis-Shelby County Schools - MSCS Operation Warm Heat 2023. Join Spirit Technique, LLC in providing a warm coat to a child in need.

Drop off your new coat donation at the Board of Education (160 S. Hollywood St.) on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Can't make it on November 28, 2023. No problem. Drop off your new coat donation at 8100 Macon Station, Suite 106, Cordova, TN 38018 by Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 9:00 pm during Spirit Technique's normal business hours.
