Many people have asked me for the recipes when I meal prep. While some of them have actual recipes, a lot of the meals I make I get off of ideas on Pinterest or Instagram. I see a picture and I'll create a recipe from it, or modify it some. I'll try and keep this page updated as I meal prep to include pictures of my meals and loose directions on the captions. or cooking feel free to ask!! I may have left something out! Keep in mind that I meal prep for myself. I'm a hardly 5'3" female. Each meal I make I create 5 portions of each: 5 lunches and 5 dinners. That allows me 4 meals a week to eat with my boyfriend or going out. I'll freeze 2-3 servings of each meal at the beginning of the week and rotate them into the fridge as the week goes on. These are great for grabbing on the go with my hectic schedule of grad school and late nights when it's easy to fall into the trap of eating conveniently instead of for fuel. Remember to drink plenty of water!! I carry around an empty Powerade bottle = 1 quart. My goal is to drink it at least 3 times full throughout the day. If I get to 4 then that's a gallon a day. I love going to the gym. I started weight training in college and when I go consistently, I've never felt better. I also run (temperature appropriate, I run with my dog). And I picked up yoga in my spare time, although I'm not very good at it yet. I'm not a personal trainer. I can't tell you what will work best for you. But I've had enough interest in what I do to create this page to do my best to show anyone who's interested. Or anyone who just wants my recipes.
