We had an absolute blast hosting an all female open mat today! We welcomed ladies from all gyms in the Midsouth, and enjoyed some great rolls and laughs.

Thanks to all the other local gyms who came out to share the mats with us today! It's great to see so many women on the mats!! 🀩 we hope to do this again soon! πŸ€πŸ©ΆπŸ’›πŸ§‘πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ€ŽπŸ–€
