Former WWE star Joseph Hennig, better known as Curtis Axel, was arrested in Minnesota on May 17 after allegedly driving intoxicated through a McDonald’s drive-thru and backing into another vehicle. Police said officers noticed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and a strong odor of alcohol, while also finding an open bottle of vodka inside his truck.

According to reports, Hennig refused to exit the vehicle, had to be physically removed by officers, and later refused a chemical breath test while allegedly yelling profanities and slurs at police. A McDonald’s employee also claimed he had been swearing at staff and another driver involved in the minor crash. He now faces multiple charges, including DWI, refusing a chemical test, obstructing legal process, open bottle possession, and disorderly conduct.
