🎉Race day is almost here!🎉

The Women Run/Walk Memphis 5K will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 8:00 AM at Hope Church (8500 Walnut Grove Rd., Cordova, TN)

📍Packet Pickup

Date/Time: Friday, September 12, 2025 | 4:00–7:00 PM
Location: Regional One Health – East Campus, 6555 Quince Rd., Memphis, TN 38119

Pickup will be set up outdoors, directly in front of the entrance under the covered area, to provide a quick and safe process. The East Campus is conveniently located at the Kirby Parkway exit off Bill Morris Parkway/385.

At packet pickup, you’ll receive your race bib and have the opportunity to ask any last-minute questions.

📍Race Day Packet Pickup

If you are unable to attend Friday pickup, you may get your race bib on race morning. Please arrive early to allow time to park, pick up your bib, stretch, and take care of any pre-race needs. The race will start promptly at 8:00 AM.

📍 Race Day: Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025 – 8:00 AM

· Hope Church, 8500 Walnut Grove Rd, Cordova, TN 38018

· Arrive early to park, warm up, and find your group

📦 Packet Pickup:

· Friday, Sept. 12, 4–7 PM

· Regional One Health – East Campus, 6555 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN 38119 (outside under covering)

· Race bibs also available race morning (arrive early!)

👟 Walkers vs. Runners:

· Walkers = trained at Hope Church, walk ONLY (different bib color, separate awards)

· Runners = anyone running any portion (Beginning, Intermediate 1 & 2, Advanced)

📸 Race Bibs:

· Pin to front of shirt (all 4 corners)

· Required for photos & results

👕 What to Wear:

· Your official WRWM training shirt (no separate race shirt)

🚫 Not Allowed on Course:
Dogs, strollers, children, headphones, rollerblades, to***co use, etc.

🎉 Spectators:
Family & friends welcome to cheer you on—race course is for participants only!

📣 REMINDER 📣

Location Change for *Intermediate 2* & *Advanced* Groups – Monday, 9/8/25

Due to a cross country event at Shelby Farms Park, our meeting location for Monday, 9/8/25, will be moving for this session. Both groups (Intermediate 2 and Advanced) will meet at the parking lot at 6315 State Rd, located near the Greenline and Mullins Station, adjacent to the Shelby County Corrections Department (the Jail) - see map below. This spot will help keep us away from Shelby Farms traffic and still give us great access to the Greenline for training.
