🚨 Join us in welcoming Coach Leroy Baker to the Elite Performance Foundation family! 🥊

With over 20 years in the game, Coach Leroy brings a wealth of knowledge as both an amateur and professional boxing coach. He’s a USA Boxing Silver Level Certified Coach, currently on track to earn his Gold Level this year. 💪🏾

Coach Leroy has trained two amateur national champions and worked alongside rising professional stars — including the undefeated Deangelo Leachman . His passion for the sport and commitment to excellence is unmatched.

When he’s not in the ring, you’ll find him traveling the world with his wife and embracing new cultures.

We’re honored to have him on our team and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make on our youth and the future of Elite! 🔥

Being a father to my three kids is the greatest gift I’ve ever been given. Every moment — from the early mornings to the late-night talks — reminds me that fatherhood is a calling, not just a title.

There’s nothing more powerful than being present, leading with love, and raising strong, confident kids who know they’re protected and supported.

Black fatherhood matters. Our presence matters. And I take pride in showing up every day with purpose.
