Born out of a love for all things fitness in 2017, Bee Fit Studio LLC is passionate about sharing their love for fitness with their Memphis community. Specializing in kettlebells classes and the use of them, they also offer yoga, dance fit, barre, and personal training.

As a boutique fitness studio, their small classes allow for a more individualized focus and hands-on training. When you workout with Bee Fit Studio, you’re immersing yourself in a community of body positive thinkers who are ready to lift you up through your fitness journey.

Trust is earned 🤝
Not in one big moment.
In hundreds of small ones.
It's earned when a client knows they can tell you an exercise hurts and you'll listen.
It's earned when they know you'll challenge them, but never set them up to fail.
It's earned when they know you'll celebrate their wins, adjust when needed, and meet them where they are that day.
This photo might look funny. It might even raise a few questions. 😆
What you don't see are the weeks of work that came before it. The conversations. The progressions. The confidence built one step at a time.
The truth is, most people don't walk into a gym worried about exercise.
They're worried about whether they'll fit in.
Whether they'll be judged.
Whether they'll be able to do the workout.
Whether someone will understand where they're starting from.
Trust changes all of that.
When trust is present, people try things they never thought they could do.
They move better.
They get stronger.
They become more confident.
And little by little, they start believing in themselves again.
The strongest coaching relationships aren't built on perfect workouts.
They're built on trust.

We've been injured.
We've dealt with aches, pains, surgeries, limitations, and the frustration that comes when your body doesn't cooperate.

That's why we don't believe in "just keep up."

Good coaching isn't about making everyone do the same thing.
It's about understanding the person in front of you and helping them find what they can do today while working toward what they want to do tomorrow.
Every client who walks through our doors has a story.

People see scooter boards.
I see confidence, balance, coordination, strength, and trust.
A few years ago, some of these women may have never imagined themselves balancing on one leg, moving across the floor, or trying something completely new in a gym setting.
Today they did all of it.
Yes, there was laughter. Yes, there were scooter races. But underneath the fun, we were building the skills that help us stay active, capable, and independent for years to come.
That's a pretty good morning at Bee Fit.

This wheelbarrow doesn't care how much I bench press.
The garden doesn't care how many calories I burned.
The projects waiting at home don't care how old I am.
They just ask one question:
Am I strong enough to get the job done?
The best part of getting stronger isn't what happens during a workout.
It's realizing all the things you can do outside the gym because of it.

Bee Fit Studio is growing 💛
As our membership and personal training demand continues to expand, we’re looking to add the RIGHT people to our coaching team.
We’re currently looking for:
• Tuesday evening Functional Strength coverage
• Bi-weekly Saturday morning Bootcamp coverage
• Certified Personal Trainer
This is not a “stand at the front and count reps” environment. Our coaches actively coach, build relationships, modify movement thoughtfully, and truly care about the people walking through our doors.
If you’re passionate about fitness, community, continued growth, and helping people feel stronger and more confident, we’d love to connect.

🐝 Move Better Monday 🐝
The fitness industry has convinced a lot of people that if you don’t walk away from a workout completely exhausted…
it didn’t count.
But constantly feeling destroyed isn’t the goal.
Especially as adults balancing:
🌱 work
🌱 stress
🌱 families
🌱 projects
🌱 gardening
🌱 travel
🌱 life
Sometimes the smartest training is the kind that helps you:
✔ move better
✔ recover better
✔ feel stronger
✔ stay consistent
Not every workout needs to leave you flat on the floor to be effective.
At Bee Fit, we believe training should build you up — not constantly run you into the ground. 💛

Summer is amazing… for about five minutes. ☀️😅
Then the routines disappear.
The screen time creeps up.
The energy levels go through the roof.
And parents start hearing:
“I’m bored.”
Bee Fit Summer Field Camp was created to give kids something they genuinely NEED right now:
movement, structure, confidence, teamwork, outdoor play, and positive leadership.
This is not a giant “drop the kids off and hope for the best” camp.
Every part of this week was intentionally planned by a team that includes:
✔️ Certified personal trainers
✔️ A future elementary PE teacher
✔️ A physical therapy student with youth coaching experience
✔️ Coaches who work with athletes, adults, and kids every week
The goal is simple:
Get kids moving.
Get them interacting.
Get them outside.
Help them build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and healthy habits in a positive environment.
And yes… hopefully send them home happily exhausted. 🐝

Not when you lose 20 pounds.
Not when your schedule finally calms down.
Not when you “feel more confident.”
Not when you magically become a gym person.
Now.
Because the truth is… most people you see at Bee Fit started scared too.
Scared of being judged.
Scared of failing.
Scared they’d walk in and not know what they were doing.
Scared everyone else would already be stronger, fitter, faster, leaner.
But confidence usually doesn’t come BEFORE starting.
It comes AFTER you realize:
✔️ someone is actually coaching you
✔️ modifications are normal
✔️ nobody expects perfection
✔️ your body is capable of more than you thought
✔️ you’re not doing this alone
You do not need to “get in shape” before coming to Bee Fit.
You just need to start.

Good coaching is often found in the smallest moments.
A quick adjustment to foot position.
A reminder to stay taller through a squat.
Helping someone modify a movement without making them feel “less than.”
Knowing when to push… and when to change course.
Most people don’t remember every exercise they did.
But they do remember how a coach made them feel:
✔️ capable
✔️ supported
✔️ successful
✔️ safe enough to keep trying
That’s the stuff that matters long term.
