Can you have too many coaches? š¤
This is one of those topics where my answer is⦠yes and no.
We are incredibly lucky to have so many talented coaches in the voiceover industry. I truly believe there is value in learning from different people. Different experiences, different perspectives, and different teaching styles can all help you grow.
But there are also moments when you need to stop collecting opinions and commit to one direction.
For me, demo production is one of those moments.
If five different coaches are all trying to shape the same project, youāre likely to end up with five different visions. Thatās when doubt creeps in, confidence disappears, and you start second-guessing every decision.
Learn from many. Grow from many.
But when itās time to execute something important, choose one person to guide the process and trust it.
Iād love to hear your thoughts. Have you ever gotten completely opposite advice from two coaches? š
