Meet Sarah, owner and founder of HINGE.

Hi! Come on in.

I built HINGE for the person who wants more out of life but feels a little lost on where to start.

Maybe you want more energy to keep up with your kids. Maybe you want to feel stronger and more capable in your daily life. Maybe you’re looking for a mental break from the daily grind. Or maybe you’re recovering from a major life event.

You don’t need to completely reinvent yourself, and you definitely don’t need a magic shortcut. You just need a safe, non-judgmental space to discover what you’re truly capable of.

And here’s my promise: I’m right there with you.

I’m not a flawless athlete, and I certainly don’t have a perfect life. I’m a mom navigating the chaos of family life, a business owner, and a human who is constantly working to build confidence and capacity. Just like you, I’m simply trying to move better and feel better, mentally and physically, every single day.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through our doors. You just have to be willing to show up exactly as you are and let this community support you along the way.

The potential is already in you.

Happy Pride Month 🌈

At HINGE, one of our absolute core promises is to create a space where you are safe to be exactly who you are. We believe that when you are free to be your authentic self, you are finally free to pursue your full potential.

And on Friday, June 26th, we are hosting our first annual Pride Class to celebrate that authenticity the best way we know how: with loud music, high-fives, and a whole lot of moving!

Led by the legendary Coach this will be a structured 45-minute workout class where the main attraction is the DANCE BREAKS! We highly encourage you to shake off the week’s stress and let loose.

The Details:

When: Friday, June 26th

Time: 8:00 PM (45-minute class)

Investment: $5 buy-in

Song Submissions: We want to hear your anthems! Drop your favorite high-energy track requests below or when you sign up so we can build the ultimate playlist.

This event is open to the greater community—the more the merrier! Bring your friends, your family, your neighbors, and your loudest positive energy.

We avoid crazy programming. The goal is intention and we meet you where you are and then build your foundation step-by-step.

We want lifts that build confidence. We focus on movements that make you feel capable, strong, and energized.

Consistency means we get progress that stacks. Instead of constantly starting over, our weeks build on top of each other.

We are playing the long game to get a little more capacity for the life you love outside our walls.

At HINGE, we don’t chase crazy, exhausting routines that leave you broken. What we do is pretty simple: consistent programming with clear intention.

Real progress doesn’t come from a single, heroic effort. It comes from:

✨ Getting the small, basic details right, day after day.

✨ Putting in the time and the reps on the floor.

✨ Letting those quiet, daily wins stack up long enough to actually add up.

We aren’t looking for magic. We are looking for the steady, relentless habits that build an unbreakable foundation for the long game of your life.

Starting May 12th, we are launching a new session of our specialized Prenatal & Postpartum Program—a dedicated class where you can reconnect with your strength alongside a community that truly gets it.
