A huge success with 45 athletes coming together to prepare for Nationals! The dedication, hard work, and team spirit displayed today were truly inspiring.

Busy weekend for our Warriors as we continue preparing for Nationals!

Friday kicked things off with Illinois Team training, where everyone came together to sharpen skills, push limits, and continue building teamwork. Saturday started early with conditioning at Swallow Cliff, putting in the hard work outside the dojang and building both physical and mental toughness. After conditioning, we headed to the Illinois camp to continue training alongside Coach TJ Curry, gaining valuable experience and pushing ourselves even further.

We finished off the weekend on Sunday with another day of Illinois Team training, staying focused, disciplined, and committed to our goals. The road to Nationals isn’t easy, but weekends like this remind us that hard work, dedication, and teamwork are what make champions. Proud of all our Warriors for showing up and putting in the work!
