Most people think the scale is motivating but actually it’s demotivating. When you’ve lost some weight you’re on top of the world. But soon as an ounce, a pound or two comes back your mood is even lower than you started. Not only that so many people develop an obsessive unhealthy relationship with it.
Stop letting this object that doesn’t pay any of your bills let alone do anything nice for you dictate how you feel about yourself. Especially one who doesn’t take account for that time of month, you eating or gaining muscle. She is a bald head hoe who doesn’t like you treat her as such.
Better ways to track your progress:
Taking pictures once a week or once a month
Taking your measurements
Wearing waist beads
Taking an inventory of how you’re feeling
Putting on the same outfit once a month
These ways will do you a better service and leave you feeling better about yourself!
