Come out and enjoy our Aqua Fitness classes at Gouin Pool! Don't miss out on these fun, energetic, low impact classes. These high energy classes combine exercises and movements in the pool for all fitness levels and requires no swimming skills. Classes are held at Gouin Pool every Saturday morning (weather permitting) starting June 13th through August 8th , no class July 4th. Aqua-Zumba kicks off at 10am with Aquacize following it immediately after at 11am. Call 708-343-5151 to register or for more information
