You won’t always feel motivated.
You won’t always feel strong.
You won’t always have the perfect amount of time, energy, sleep, or confidence.

Do it anyways. Show up tired. Show up distracted. Show up when the workout feels heavy and you feel a little off. Show up when you’re excited, too. Because somewhere along the way, all those ordinary days you almost skipped start adding up to something.

A stronger body.
A tougher mind.
A version of you that knows how to keep going.

You don’t have to crush it every day.
You just have to keep showing up. 🖤

Do it anyways with us.

Imagine being 10 years old and, instead of hearing “No, you’re too young” or “You’re not strong enough,” you hear: “You can. Let’s learn how.”

Lets build a generation that says I can do this, and empower them for the rest of their lives.

In this video, our youngest athlete is 10 and our oldest is 15. They weren’t handed weights and told to figure it out. They’re were coached with a pvc pip for 20 minutes, and performed nearly 100 warmup repetitions until coach Steve was satisfied.

These kids are learning how to squat, press, pull, jump, run, lift, brace, move, and control their bodies with proper mechanics. We teach technique first. We build strength over time. We scale appropriately. And as they earn the ability to do more, we let them.

That’s what CrossFit Kids at CrossFit Cirque is about.

We want kids to grow up understanding that strength isn’t something you either have or you don’t. Strength is something you build....Confidence works the same way:). Our standards for these athletes are high because we know what they’re capable of. We lead by example, coach the details, correct movement, celebrate effort, and teach them that doing something right matters more than doing something heavy.

And somewhere along the way, they start realizing: “Wait... I’m actually pretty strong”
That realization carries a lot further than the gym.

This age group has the opportunity to train every weeknight at 6:30 PM, plus Mondays and Fridays at 10:00 AM. Our mature kids join the adults Saturday mornings to.

Come see just how capable your kid can become.

Side note:how cool is Claire putting up 100lbs overhead!? You go girl.

⭐ Athlete of the Week | Rozzi ⭐

Some athletes leave an impression because of the skills they can do. Others leave an impression because of the person they’ve become.

For more than five years, we’ve had the privilege of watching Rozzi grow from a young athlete with endless curiosity into someone our entire gym looks up to. She has always been the type of athlete who wants to understand everything. Not just how to perform a skill, but why it works, how to make it better, and how to help someone else succeed.

That’s one of my favorite things about her.

Whenever Rozzi steps into a class, she has an incredible ability to pick up a movement quickly and then turn around to help the athlete next to her. She explains things with patience, celebrates other people’s victories just as much as her own, and makes the room a little brighter simply by being in it.

Over the years, we’ve watched her grow into a valued member of our coaching staff, and that transition has felt completely natural. She leads by example, brings kindness to every interaction, and reminds us that great coaches are, first and foremost, great learners.

Rozzi, thank you for everything you’ve poured into Cirque Athletics over the past five years. Your talent is undeniable, but it’s your heart, your willingness to help others, and the light you bring into this community that make you truly special.

We’re proud of you, and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next. ❤️

Tuesday at 10am was the start of a new era at Cirque Athletics.

After years of coaching athletes ages 6–16, Stephen Pepin Clegg had the chance to coach our youngest crew in the Sprouts Program. Jack, Odin, Thea, and Phoenix showed up ready to move, play, and learn.

In one class we tackled Pencil Rolls, Forward Rolls, medicine ball front squats, “Coach Says,” obstacle courses, balance challenges, running backward, and team games built around listening, communication, and coordination.

To some people it looks like play. To a coach, it’s the foundation of athleticism.

Our goal isn’t to make a 4-year-old as strong as possible. Growth will handle that. Our job is to teach our athletes how: to move, to squat well before they squat heavy, to jump, climb, balance, rotate, adapt, and solve movement problems. Most importantly, we want them to discover that movement is fun!

Games have a purpose behind them. Obstacles teaches a lesson. Great coaching isn’t about keeping kids entertained it’s about building confidence, coordination, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.

Athletic development doesn’t start with barbells or competition. It starts with learning to move well and believing your body is capable of incredible things.

If we can help kids love movement today, we give them a better chance of becoming healthy, confident adults tomorrow.

That’s a pretty incredible responsibility to have.

Every fall, people say the same thing…

“I’ll get serious after the holidays.”

This year, we’re doing something different.

September 12.

Stay tuned.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to love so many kids like they’re my own. 🌷🎪

I get the privilege of watching them grow up right in front of me. I watch confidence appear where fear used to live. I watch strength develop. I watch personalities bloom.

But behind every child learning to fly is someone loving them enough to keep showing up.

The audience sees the performance.
I see the people helping build it.

To all the moms, grandmothers, guardians, mentors, and supporters… thank you for trusting us with your children and for loving them so well.

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

Meal prep isn’t about being perfect… it’s about being prepared.

When your food is ready, your decisions are easy.
When your decisions are easy, your goals actually stand a chance.

This is how we stay consistent through busy days, long training sessions, and everything in between. No guessing. No scrambling. Just fuel, ready when we need it.

Katie went with shrimp, noodles, and broccoli.
Steve held it down with steak, potatoes, green beans… and yes, mushrooms made the cut.

Macros handled. Energy up.

Now all that’s left is to…
secure the lids. contain the gains.
