Tonight I worked with Khloe (6th grade) on rebounds and put backs. This drill adds a little physical pressure to get the player used to finishing hard under physical pressure. 🏀 Get the rebound at its highest point (leave your feet), use your body to protect the ball, hard pound dribble, create separation, and quick put back on the opposite side, away from defenders. 🏀

I couldn’t be more proud of the teams that I have had the pleasure of coaching so far this season. The 10U team has taken care of business all season and locked in 1st place in the regular season at 8-1 and a first round bye going into the playoffs. The 12U team has played very consistent and have played well together and locked in 2nd place in the regular season at 6-3 and a first round bye going into the playoffs. The 15U started slow at 1-4 but the team as well as myself changed a few things up and we really grew together as a team and finished off winning our last 4 in a row and locked in 2nd place at 5-4 and a first round bye going into the playoffs! It’s time to finish things off strong and end this season on a high note for these young gentlemen and ladies. 🏀💪🏼🏀💪🏼🏀💪🏼🏀
