Our state of the art facilities have been designed for a learn to swim program for ages 4 months and up, from beginners to a recreational swim team. The program will not only get children comfortable in the water and able to swim across the pool, but provide them education on safety around water and take them through a journey of learning that will serve them for life. Our end goal for students wh

o complete all of our levels is for them to be able to safely and fully participate in water activities for the rest of their life. They will be able to go on a family vacation and swim in the ocean, to surf or ski, to scuba or snorkel, to join a competitive swim team, or to go to the pool with friends and be able to swim in the deep end and jump off the diving board.

Help us celebrate Ms. Gwen, our Ballwin Swim Employee of the Month! 💙

Ms. Gwen loves spending time with kids and helping them develop new skills in the water. Her calm nature, ability to multitask, and love for working with children make her such a wonderful part of our swim team.

Her experience working with kids started through babysitting for neighbors and friends, and she also swam competitively until age 12. Now, outside of the pool, she plays basketball and softball and enjoys spending time with her two cats, Potato and Patata.

Ms. Gwen, thank you for bringing patience, positivity, and care to your swimmers each day. We are so lucky to have you on the Ballwin Swim team! 💙🐻

🌟 Employee of the Month: Ms. Mary! 🌟

Please join us in celebrating Ms. Mary, our South County Swim Employee of the Month! 💙
Ms. Mary has such a special gift for working with children! Before becoming a swim instructor, she spent years as a full-time nanny, and her nurturing personality helps children feel comfortable, confident, and supported in the water.

She loves watching swimmers learn new things, improve their skills, and grow each week. She also brings plenty of fun and silliness to her lessons, helping kids laugh while they learn! Ms. Mary was also a competitive swimmer for 12 years, bringing both experience and care to every class.

Outside of the pool, she enjoys gardening, sewing, and playing with her cat, Padme. Thank you, Ms. Mary, for the kindness, patience, and joy you bring to Barron Swim School! 💙🐻

🌟 Employee of the Month: Coach Nathan! 🌟

Help us celebrate Coach Nathan, our South County Swim Employee of the Month! 💙
Coach Nathan has been swimming competitively since he was 4 years old, and that lifelong love of the water shines through in his teaching. He brings enthusiasm, encouragement, and a genuine passion for helping swimmers of all ages build confidence and feel comfortable in the water.

Outside of lessons, Nathan still loves to swim and enjoys playing water polo, even competing in tournaments with friends! When he’s not in the pool, he enjoys spending time with family and watching sports.

Coach Nathan, thank you for the energy, positivity, and support you bring to our swimmers each day. We are so grateful to have you on the Barron team! 💙🐻

Please join us in celebrating Courtney, our O’Fallon Swim Employee of the Month! 💙
Courtney has been such an important part of the Barron Swim School team since the start of 2026, bringing incredible leadership, aquatic experience, and passion to every lesson. With a background in swim school management, coaching, customer service, and even Division I swimming, Courtney brings so much knowledge and heart to the pool.

She is passionate about helping children learn the vital life skill of swimming while building confidence and a lifelong love of the water. Outside of swim, Courtney is also a former state champion archer and record holder! In her free time, she enjoys ceramics, reading, and spending time with her two dogs and three cats.

Courtney, thank you for all that you do for our swimmers, families, and team! We are so lucky to have you! 💙🐻

Our Summer Down Week is next week: Saturday, May 23rd through Friday, May 29th. There will be no regular swim lessons during this time.

Classes will resume on Saturday, May 30th. Enjoy the break, and we can’t wait to see our swimmers back in the water soon! 💙
