It has been my pleasure to help with the Meeker Summer Series Rodeo since the very FIRST ONE. I, Kim Ekstrom will not be there anymore since I have moved. Sheldon McFarland will be running this page and taking AWESOME images at the Rodeo.. Thanks to everyone who puts this great series on and to the people that come watch it... will miss seeing all of you guys, and taking pictures for the Summer Rodeo Series...

Summer sure went fast this year. Our 8th annual Meeker Summer Rodeo Series has come and gone. A big thank you to all of our participants, spectators and our dedicated sponsors. It takes us all to put together a weekly rodeo, free to the public. Your help keeps the gates open.

A rodeo wouldn't be a rodeo without hotdogs and hamburgers. Thank you to the Meeker Lion's Club members who showed up every week to make sure that there would be food available. With their mentoring, the Meeker 8th Grade class is able to help while earning money for the annual trip to Washington DC.

Of Course, we couldn't do it without Tyler Farris Farris Cattle and his stock. Thanks for keeping this thing together and providing bulls and broncs that buck and steers that run.
