Good evening everyone,
I just wanted to post tonight and shout out our volunteers but also say a few things. All of us that are at the ballpark as coaches, concession stand workers, field workers, or just simply being present we are there willingly. Not because we have to be or are told to be. We give up our time and watching our own kids play to be at the ballpark for all the kids. For all the families. We all work full time jobs 40+ hours a week and then come straight there to assure it’s functioning and ready to go for all of our kids and the community. A lot of times the only “thank yous” we get are from each other. This week has really worn us down. And not just the heat. But guess what? We will be back tomorrow. And the days after that. We will be there for those players no matter who they are or which park they play for. I just ask that you consider thanking a coach. Thank the concession stand volunteers. Thank the staff you see walking around. In medlake gear or may just be a familiar face and name. If there’s changes you think would be positive. Volunteer. Let us know. Changes and differences can’t be made by just a few of us that are there. We need everyone to do this together. As one community. Respectfully. Professionally. Consider one another. All our park board members communicate and support each other every. Single. Day. So thank You NCBSA - New Carlisle Baseball & Softball Association, Donnelsville Baseball & Softball Association. These leagues may seem separate but we are together as a whole team. We know things happen. Games don’t always go as you’d like. It gets frustrating. But remember we’re all here because we want to be. Endlessly working to do what’s best. We’re not here for any negativity. Just support and a little reminder to thank a volunteer. You never know how much it might make their day. And in the end this is ALL FOR THE KIDS! Here’s to a successful rest of the season!

We wanted to post this on the page so that baseball lovers can see that the 🍌Savannah bananas 🍌dancing umpire will be in Dayton on June 22. You can bring out your family for the meet and greet and also help with the fundraiser that’s going on for Kaitlyn, a 22 year old woman currently battling ovarian cancer. Tickets are $25 to enter and the proceeds go to her family. Not only will you get to meet the dancing umpire, but also be able to shop with lots of vendors, meet the Chick-fil-A cow, enter raffles. Anyone who purchases tickets is entered to win tickets to a bananas game. June 19-21.

Things have been B U S Y at the park! We appreciate everyone who has been here supporting us. It has helped bring us to such a better place we’re able to make the changes needed to function. Next season there will be more to come..stay tuned 👀
We have All Star games coming up, starting this weekend! Coaches will reach out with that info. They are only allowed so many players because it is for all 3 parks for every division. But you should always go watch! These games are played under the lights at night at haddix field (new Carlisle) and it is a lot of fun for spectators and players!!
Good luck this week to all the teams. We look forward to more success this season!

🌭🍔💵REMINDER FOR CONCESSION PURCHASES🌭🍔💵
for right now we will ONLY be accepting CASH AND VENMO. our Cash App isn’t working and it’s being addressed but no promises. Please spread the word to your parents and players. This isn’t something new aside from Cash App not being an option. Card payments will be possible just not right away it’s still being worked on. We are run totally on volunteers and their personal free time. Please be kind and considerate to our volunteers in the stand. They work hard when they do not have to. They’re helping us out immensely and we are grateful for them. Any form of disrespect will NOT be tolerated and you will be told to leave the park. The comments we heard that were coming from spectators because of payment options being inconvenient and not having certain things stocked was not ok. Please consider the situation. We all work full time as well as volunteering. It takes time sometimes to get stocked.
