Members, here are a few updates on our hours…

🐰 The Overlake Bar & Grill Will be Closed Sunday, April 20th All Day for Easter. The Overlake Bistro Menu will be available on Tuesday from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm. The Bar & Grill will re–open for full Menu service on Wednesday, April 23rd.

🐰 Easter Sunday at the Pool is Lap Swim only, 6:00 am - 8:00 pm. The latest Pool Hours are also listed at Overlake.Club.

🐰 Because of Easter, yoga will resume Monday, April 28th. Thank you for understanding as we transition our event space after Sunday’s big event.

We hope you all are having an amazing weekend and we can’t wait to see many of you for Easter Brunch tomorrow!

This warm weather has us truly embracing all things spring.

Chef Beth has been busy in the kitchen, drawing inspiration from the vibrant flavors and colors of the season. Her latest lineup of desserts is a sweet celebration that’s fresh, playful, and crafted with care.

From the bright citrus pop of key lime to the delicate tartness of rhubarb, each dish is a beautiful balance of creativity and nostalgia.

🌼 Key Lime “Pie”
A modern twist on a classic — layers of buttery graham cake and zesty key lime curd topped with a swirl of toasted meringue. Bright, bold, and beautifully balanced.

🌼 Pistachio-Rhubarb Tart
Delicate pistachio frangipane cradles tender poached rhubarb, topped with macerated strawberries and a generous cloud of whipped cream. It’s spring in every bite. Just the smell alone will capture your senses!

🌼 Malted Milk Chocolate Creméux
Decadent and dreamy—malted milk chocolate creméux over a crispy feuilletine coconut base, served with a scoop of toasted coconut ice cream. Rich, indulgent, and a chocolate lover’s dream.

🌼 Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches

🍴Ricotta-Stuffed Gnocchi
Pillowy gnocchi tossed in a luscious lemon cream sauce, paired with savory mushrooms and sweet peas for a beautifully balanced dish. Enjoy with a glass of Chardonnay.

🍴Prawn Skewer
Juicy grilled prawns served with a zesty sweet & sour chili cilantro sauce, a squeeze of fresh lime, and a refreshing green papaya slaw. A perfect appetizer or a light, flavorful side.

🍴Grilled Chinese Broccoli
Cooked to perfection, this tender Chinese broccoli is tossed in a bright and savory orange miso vinaigrette, topped with toasted sesame, and finished with a spicy chili crunch for the perfect balance of flavor and texture.

🍴 Pan Seared Salmon
A beautiful cut of salmon served with roasted zucchinis, hearty beluga lentils, and a velvety umami cream. Finished with briny capers, crunchy sunflower seeds, and fresh herbs for a dish full of depth and balance. We recommend pairing with a Pinot Noir.

There’s a lot going on at !

📰 Members, did you catch the latest issue of the Overlake Overlook, sent out on the 31st? It has information on a lot of great topics as we use these colder months to prepare for spring and beyond.

☀️ We launched Overlake Athletics Camps this week! Camps run weekly, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm from June 16th - August 22nd for Ages 3-10. We’re looking forward to an unforgettable summer packed with swimming, tennis, pickleball, creative activities, and exciting weekly field trips. Members, registration is open at Overlake.Club.

⛳️ JAG, known as Junior Active Golfer, Programs are open now too! Hop over to your inbox for more information on both JAG (sent Friday) and Athletics Camps (sent Monday). We can’t wait to see your Juniors at the Club this spring and summer!

🏈 We are gearing up for the Big Game this afternoon! We’ve got our full menus going till 3:00 pm and to-go orders close at 2:30 pm. We’ll be running a Mini Buffet from 3:15 pm - close. Please note, there is no full dinner menu tonight, and the Mini Buffet is dine-in only. Members, swing by for a Nacho Bar, Southwest Style Chili, and Honey Spiced Wings for $25++/person. Were also featuring $5 Draft Beer & $10 Chad-A-Ritas!

🧘🏻‍♀️ Also, have you heard its Member Love Month? We’re offering complimentary yoga every Monday in February from 10:15 am - 11:15 am. Make sure to sign up on the Events Calendar. And check out our other wellness offerings, such as our Heart Healthy Menu and our new Ullo Wine Purifier in the Bar & Grill. Stay tuned for this week to find out about our CPR class too!

❤️ Lastly, we can’t wait for Valentine’s Day dinner featuring live music from New Age Flamenco Trio! The Culinary Team has wonderful menu selections for the evening. There will also be special Valentine’s treats in the Lobby from 11:30 am - 9:00 pm on Friday for Member Love Month.
